We went to the Lincoln Park zoo lights with Keith, Terri, Ella and Shay. The weather was perfect and most of the animals were sleeping. The older kids enjoyed riding the train and drinking hot chocolate. It was a great night.

We took the kids to see Santa last night. Aiden was, and is, still sick so I think he would have been a little bit more excited if he were feeling better. Evie didn't want to sit on his lap so we only got a pic of Aiden with Santa. Evie loved the stuffed animal that Santa gave her but she still wouldn't get close to him! Enjoy the pics!

Thanksgiving

We went to Toledo for Thanksgiving. We had a great time with family and friends. The kids got Christmas gifts from Uncle DJ and Aunt Heidi. Aiden got an airport and Evie got an Elmo guitar. We had a great dinner and ate entirely way too much, but it was yummy. I did some shopping on Friday then met up with my friend, Jill, for a cocktail to catch up and talk about old times. On Friday night Josh and I took the kids over to the Finklers house and had a pizza party with them and The Tippings. It was fun to visit and let the kids play and run around together. Aiden was beat so we had to leave and get the kiddos to bed. On Saturday we were all ready for the Buckeye game(well except uncle DJ who was cheering for MI-BOO). Heidi and I both went for a run before we consumed many calories during and after the game. Heidi had to sneak out during the game to get the cake and balloons for Dan's surprise bday party. After the game we headed over to dads house and the kids opened up more gifts. Dad and Billie got the kids a big kitchen set and an easel. Kids love both the gifts and are eager to get the kitchen set up. Then we got the kids settled and Grandma watched the kids while we all went to Dan's surprise party. Lots of family and friends were at the party to help Dan ring in his BIG 50th birthday. It was a great party and Heidi did a great job getting it all set up. We love you Dan. It was a great, fun and exhausting weekend. Can't wait for more good times. Enjoy

One of our sitters who has been with us since Aiden was 6 weeks old just got married a couple weeks ago. She found a great catch and they couldn't be happier. Here are some pics below. Also the Scott's were in town for so it was fun to catch up with them and throw back some cocktails. Good times.

Brian and Shelley's Wedding

Aiden went to his first buckeye game with dad and Grandpa and Grandma Winkler. Aiden had a blast and but he couldn't make it through the whole game so he had to take a little snooze during the last quarter. These pictures are great with Aiden and his grandpa- making some good memories and more to come with more buckeye games. Enjoy the pics! Go Bucks
