My dad turned 80 on Saturday. We threw him a big surprise party in Toledo at my sisters house. He was definitely surprised and was happy to see some of his old friends. Heidi and I had quite the spread and DJ did a great job on the Hobo dinner. The sangria was a hit as well we had to make more towards the middle of the party! The senior citizens really know how to have a good time! Aiden had a blast and sat in dads 1976 convertible. He also played the drums with Scott(think that was his favorite part). It was a great party and feel so lucky to have such a wonderful, caring and generous dad who has done so much for us! Love him lots. Enjoy the pics!

Dad's 80th Birthday Party

We went to St Joe this past weekend for lots of birthday celebrations. Steve's was on Friday so we celebrated with a nice steak dinner and peach cobbler. The kids all helped open up all his gifts! Saturday was a bit stormy but then cleared up just in time for Jane's 1st and Eli's 3rd birthday party! All the kids enjoyed the yummy cupcake cones that Aunt Sara made for the party. We took Aiden to the cubs game last week. We had a great day and had front row seats. On way back he met the Cubby bear and also was able to sit in the fire truck. He had a great time!
